Terms and Conditions

1. To participate in the contest, you need to provide the correct answers to the questions and refer two friends, as posted on the website. Any incorrect or insufficient answer would make you ineligible to participate in the contest. You must not provide a self email ID or false email ID which may create a bounce back.

2. To participate, You must give 2 (Two) email IDs of your friends/known persons. It is not mandatory for them to participate in the contest. You must take prior consent from those persons you are referring. You agree that you have intimated your friends/known persons that you and they will receive promotional emails from , its sister concerns and marketing partners in future.

3. You and the referrals must be a resident of the UK and above 18 years of age.

4. The Christmas Contest will conclude on 25th December, 2008 and you can confirm your participation by registering until 23:59 p.m. of 25th December, 2008.

5. Participation to the Contest is free, and it is not mandatory to purchase any product from the website.

6. There will be only one winner, in the Contest, which would be randomly selected by a draw made by computer on 26th December, 2008.

7. Winner of the Contest will be notified by email (as provided by him/her at the time of registration) and the winner needs to confirm about the postal address within 7 days of the receipt of the email. The winner will receive the prize/gift within 6 weeks of the confirmation of the requisite details.

8. Winner of the Contest will be announced /published in the website. Decision of shall be final in this regard.

9. Prize would be delivered to the winner, free of charge, only for one time. In case, the prize is returned as "undeliverable", due to any reason whatsoever, it will be re-delivered to the winner, if requested for by the winner within 30 days of the date when it was first attempted to be delivered but the delivery charges would be borne by the winner.

10. Any prize/gift offered by is warranted by the Manufacturer. Assumes no responsibility/liability with regard to any defect/fault in the prize/gift. The Prize shown on the website is indicative only. The actual brand, make, model, image, etc. of the prize may differ from the advertised prize.

11. Reserves the right to replace the advertised prize with any other product/ service of equal or higher value or to withdraw the contest at any stage.

12. Photos of winners will be put on contest page.

13. Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at our sole discretion.
